Repair or replace?
Under about 8 years old with a part failure (thermocouple, gas valve, element), repair is usually the better buy, starting at $259.
Leaking from the tank itself, or more than 10 years old, replacing is usually cheaper than paying for another repair. We'll tell you which one makes sense before you spend anything.
What happens on install day
- We confirm the size and fuel type and give you the full price in writing.
- We drain and remove the old tank.
- We set the new heater, connect water, gas or power and venting, and check for leaks.
- We fire it up, set the temperature and show you the shut-off valve.

- Do you come out the same day?
- Most calls in Burbank, Glendale and nearby cities get a same-day visit. We're open 7 days, 7 AM to 7 PM, with emergency service after hours.
- How much will it cost?
- It depends on the job, so we quote it when you call or text a photo. You get the price before we start, and the diagnostic fee is waived when we do the repair.
- What's your warranty?
- 1 year on labor for every repair and installation. Parts and equipment carry the manufacturer's warranty.
