How we find it
We locate the leak with non-invasive equipment first, so we open only the spot that needs it. Then we repair the pipe and show you what failed.
Check your meter first
Turn off every tap and appliance and look at the water meter. If the dial still moves, water is leaking somewhere in the house. Call us and tell us what you saw.

- Do you come out the same day?
- Most calls in Burbank, Glendale and nearby cities get a same-day visit. We're open 7 days, 7 AM to 7 PM, with emergency service after hours.
- How much will it cost?
- It depends on the job, so we quote it when you call or text a photo. You get the price before we start, and the diagnostic fee is waived when we do the repair.
- What's your warranty?
- 1 year on labor for every repair and installation. Parts and equipment carry the manufacturer's warranty.
- Are you licensed?

- Do you offer financing?
- Yes, on water heaters, tankless systems, repiping and other larger jobs.
- Is there an after-hours fee?
- Yes, emergency and after-hours calls carry an extra fee. We tell you the amount on the phone before we head out.
